The so called anti aging treatments are extremely popular these days. But so often these treatments make it worse. I think it almost never looks natural . It can go very wrong too. You can't stop time. But what you can do is look after yourself, and don't wait until your 40 to start. It doesn't need to be expensive or complicated. The best thing you can do for your skin is protect it from the sun, every day. Be that with suncream or just staying out of the sun. Don't fry yourself on sunbeds either, they are just as bad. Have a good but simple skin care routine, cleanse, tone if you like and moisturise and not just your face, moisturise your whole body. Drink lots of water. Don't smoke, keep alcohol and sugar to a minimum. Eat a good, balanced diet. Don't do crazy diet fads, they might work for a while but they are unsustainable. We all need a good balance, carbs, proteins, fats and all the fruits and veggies.
Don't neglect your body in other ways either.
The biggest thing you can do to "age proof" your body is weight training. More muscle = better shape, higher calorie burn and will help maintain a good figure as you age.
I'm 53 and have trained since I was 21, I don't smoke, I eat a good diet with a few treats and look after my skin. I don't use anything such as botox or filler or anything like that. I'd rather just try and be the best me naturally. Start young and you will thank yourself for it.
